During your studies, you will learn the scientific principles of all relevant fields of business administration - planning, organization, control, management and calculation. With your know-how, you will learn to be responsible for the implementation and control of various, capital-oriented corporate processes. Through your studies, you will acquire a broad range of generalistic expertise and qualify yourself for various, multi-faceted management tasks in all sectors of the economy. This means that all doors remain open for you when studying business, but you should focus on a field that you particularly enjoy while studying. If you are aware of your particular interests and abilities, a wide range of career paths are open to you: e.g. in business consulting, human resources, logistics, project planning or finance. By adding the field of marketing, you also qualify yourself for a possible entry into the diverse, varied marketing industry. In general, you will learn how to develop strategies for successful market placement in order to convince people of a specific product, service or even an entire company. A wide variety of career opportunities await you: for example as an (online) marketing manager, product manager, sales manager, media planner or as a market researcher.
Transition between theory and practice
Your dual study program at IP Dynamics follows a structured process, which is defined by regular changes between courses and practical work. On two fixed days a week, you go to the academy to study, on the other three days you go to work at the company.
Theory
Your everyday study covers all fields of business administration, such as accounting, organization and corporate and personnel management, law, corporate management and business mathematics. Once a semester, you'll spend two weeks in a row at any location in the Academy. During these focus phases, you will learn about the fields of learning in your field of marketing, such as the introduction of marketing & digital media, the design and controlling of marketing communication, and event and trade fair communication. In addition, you can secure your additional qualification as a digital marketing manager with a compulsory elective module in the last semester.
