The IT & Career Summit (ITCS) is one of the leading career fairs in Germany, aimed primarily at students, graduates and young professionals in the IT sector. The trade fair combines classic career elements such as networking and job interviews with innovative presentations and exciting tech highlights. Participants will have the opportunity to find out about current developments in IT, make initial contacts and get to know potential employers. This year, IP Dynamics was once again represented at the ITCS in Munich.

At the trade fair, IPD focused on personal exchange with potential applicants. The company took the opportunity not only to introduce itself, but also to learn more about the individual strengths and professional interests of interested parties. In addition to exciting discussions and comprehensive insights into the corporate culture, IP Dynamics also offered a special highlight: A grasping machine, which was filled with popular goodies such as in-ear headphones, Bluetooth boxes and gummy bears, attracted many trade fair visitors. Anyone who had a conversation at the stand received tokens to buy themselves a small present — an idea that was so well received that a long queue formed in front of the vending machine at times.
