Taking customer service to the next level
At Versicherungsforen Leipzig, R+V Insurance and IP Dynamics presented how the insurer is sustainably optimising customer service, taking into account the case owner principle by automating task routing.
On February 6 and 7, 2024, the event “Dark Processing & Workflow Support in Insurance” took place in Leipzig. At the invitation of Insurance Forums Leipzig, experts and experts from the insurance and IT sectors gathered to discuss current projects, innovations and challenges. The main topics included partial and full automation of core insurance processes, artificial intelligence & robotic automation in process automation and IT architectures for process automation.
Many well-known faces from the industry were there, discussing innovative solutions and giving insights into practice. IP Dynamics was also on site together with R+V Insurance. In a 30-minute presentation, the long-standing partners presented the current status of the joint project to optimize customer service through automated workload control taking into account the case owner principle. In addition to a description of the technical solution, facts were also presented: In 2023, over 18 million tasks were distributed to a total of 3,500 employees. An outlook on further potential in the future was also given.
After two eventful days, the event finally ended with dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.
